If you replaced Toody with a guy that's really worth $36M like Jimmy Butler and made do with Whiteside as a starter the Jazz would run away with the West.

Whiteside would be a starter in the league if that was the case. He's on a minimum contract for good reason. Jimmy Butler doesn't want to play in Utah as far as I know either. Replace Mitchell with someone like Butler than you solve their main problem which is perimeter D
