The below signings are pretty much being swapped for the younger players

Trevor Ariza 36 years old
Rajon Rondo 35 years old
Wayne Ellington 34 years old
DeAndre Jordan 33 years old
Kent Bazemore 32 years old

----------------------------------------

Avery Bradley 31 years old
Stanley Johnson 25 years old
Malik Monk 23 years old
Austin Reaves 23 years old

It's basically just Lebron, Melo & Howard being the "old" guys you are able to rely on. Literally, all the other old players signed are being swapped for younger players.

I predict this to be rotation

Westbrook/Nunn
Monk/Bradley
Stanley/THT
Lebron/Melo
Davis/Howard

At the start of the season, you would have never thought of Reaves or Stanley Johnson and even Monk to be important pieces.

I would agree with that observation.

I do however believe THT and one of the older guys is going to be traded. So we may see another young player enter the picture. I won't be surprised if it's a Myles Turner & eventually make Dwight a limited-minutes center barely seeing the floor.

You better believe he's in the war room trying to ship off WB.

Westie isn't going anywhere.

I agree lakers learned younger bodies play harder and can handle the grind more while you ease in ariza wellington etc...

Also lebron is done letting westbrook figure it out and has asserted himself as a scorer more while playmaking to mitigate westbrooks out of control drives.

Lebron to me is purposely sending message to AD to play the role and do what your team needs.

If Nunn can be 85% of last season and AD be at least 85 90% this lakers team is a tough 2nd round out

They’re actually a solid team if they can get good contributions from the young guys, just enough athleticism to keep them from getting run off the floor and Lebron/Westbrook/AD can still takeover

Love to see it

It's a valid question in a basketball forum.

You don't have to be overly sensitive about it.

Who is your fave player?
