Lebron's played like 4 more seasons than MJ at this point so why does he only have 1 more of these in total?

because he didn't quit the game due to mental and physical exhaustion twice by the age of 35.

Scoring titles is Allen Iversoning- a weak brand of basketball. It requires great defensive help to get out of the 1st rd (e.g. Mutombo or Pippen/Rodman).
Otoh, LeBron can do it all with scoring and defense without hogging the ball. LJ led the league in FGM five times without having to lead the league in FGA. He's the only one to do this 5x. MJ only did this once.

i love how people act like every offensive stat has to be adjusted for the grade school level offenses and rules of the 90s. then ignore that when comparing individual defense. like lebron wouldn't be pippen on roids if he could defend with 90s rules.

we're also pretending mj was playing under the same rules as his peers and anyone who actually was watching back then knows that's a joke.

Kobe doesn't
kobe has more 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 point games.. and nearly as many 50 point games in just one season
adding side stats is all lebron has cause hes bigger and holds the ball more in a broken offense

He was the best Playoff scorer in his prime so what's your issue? He averaged more points on higher efficiency in the POs from 07-10 than Bran.

kobe has 135 40+ games in his career with only 13 coming in the postseason. lebron has 66 40+ games with 28 of those in the postseason.

What does that prove again? How many of those 40+ pt games for Lebron came after the league went 3PT heavy and stopped playing defense? Lebron had zero 40+ pt Finals games like Kobe until 2015 (his 6th Finals, same as Kobe), and he was taking 30+ shots a game to get those on mediocre efficiency (32 shots to average 35 ppg) and then the league obviously went small after that as the Warriors really popularized the small ball with the death line up which made it much easier for Lebron to attack the paint and pad his numbers. He averaged 30 ppg on 41.7%FG/48.7%TS in the 2015 Playoffs, what changed? It's not like he miraculously became a better player in his mid-30s, the league changed where it became easier to put up these kind of numbers. And obviously Lebron played the majority of his career in a joke of a Conference as well where he went up against some really mediocre teams in the POs while the West was really tough for the majority of Kobe's career with 50-win teams making 7-8 seeds.
When their primes overlapped, Kobe was clearly the better scorer in the Playoffs (07-10) and when you compare Kobe's 3 straight Finals runs from 08-10 to Lebron's 11-13 in Miami in the same era with the same kind of defenses & spacing, Kobe has the edge in the numbers. Lebron's had more opportunities to put up bigger numbers against worse teams thanks to the EC opponents, he's made the Finals playing zero 50+ win teams with all of them in the bottom 10 on offense, that's not comparable to Kobe's competition, it just isn't.
