When I'm talking about low scoring game, I'm talking about 12 pts or less.

In today's game, the first players that come to mind are Draymond and CP3.

Draymond because of his defensive capability, vocal leadership on both sides of the floor. He calls plays out, and tell guys where they need to go defensively. And he could playmake, set screens, and etc.

CP3 is the same way. More so on the offense than on the defense, but he does call out the opposing team plays and tell the guys where they need to be on the Suns.

Both of these guys don't even have to score 10 pts and you can tell their impact on the game.

Before them, of course you had Dennis Rodman. Magic, Bird, and Pippen could do that with their all around play. Tony Allen is one as well with his defense. Rondo had one of the best games I ever seen without scoring that much a while back on the Celtics. I don't remember the game, but it was in the playoffs. I think it was against the Heat in the playoffs? Like the way he controlled the offense and set up his teammates and the way he played defensively was amazing to watch. I wish I remember the game by heart.

What players or what games have you guys seen that are like that?

Draymond Green has built a likely HOF career doing this.

Garnett does not count as a "low scorer"...He has a career PPG of 18

If OP included Bird & Magic KG qualifies

He said those players would be able to do "qualify" with how well rounded they are even though they are high scoring players. But none of those guys were low scoring players.

Draymond is a low scorer.
Rodman is a low scorer.
Tony Allen is a low scorer.

Those types of players aren't capable of scoring at a high rate.

There's more to the game than scoring. If scoring was everything, Harden would have three or four championships by now.

I'd mention Tyrese Haliburton too. Guy's a playmaking beast.

Fair enough. That explains why king kong has four rings and thus, four finals mvps in the modern era.

Draymond ofc, look at yesterday when he doesn’t play, Steph turns into a bum.
And Lebron, he usually scores alot but in the rare cases he doesn’t he impacts the game so much, it’s insane.

I love Mikal Bridges.

He may be the best perimeter defender today. He goes hard all game long. Stats don't show his impact. He plays winning bball.

All time I'll take Pistons Rodman.
