My Final Four would be...
2000s (1) -vs- 1980s (4)
2010s (2) -vs- 1990s (3)

Finals would be...
2000s (1) -vs- 2010s (2)

Champs would be 2010s.

Webber over Gasol
Greer is a SG
Reed and McAdoo over Thurman and Gilmore.
Hagan over Wanzer, easily. Folks over Pollard.
Hill over Rodman.

No one is close to the sheer talent of the 2010s.

Curry
Leonard
LBJ
Durant
Davis

Starting 5? Forget it, it's done.

I would have liked to include some players in two decades.

For ex. Lebron in 2000s. Jordan in 1980s.

Nah because damn near everyone on this list straddled 2 decades.

Although this is a fantasy tournament, I was trying to make it as realistic as possible.
Facing their selves, is too much fantasy.

If you include all the players that were relevant at elite level. Nobodys touching the 80s and 00s. Period

I am with you about the 80s, that is why I, I think, we should put the player, when, he best represent himself... basically his peak or/and majority of his prime is at during those years.
That is why Kareem, was placed in the 70s, while Jordan and Hakeem in the 90s.
Almost all of them can represent two decades anyway.

Absolutely correct on Greer and Hagan.

TBH I think the best 2010s lineup would be

Curry/CP
Klay/Kawhi
Durant/Kawhi
James/Kawhi
AD/Dwight

For an 8 man rotation.

Wade should be on 2000s team since that was his best years.

MVP Westbrook over any version on Lillard. Don't let the Lakers Russ cloud your memory over him.
And any of Aldridge, Green, Bosh, Love or Blake at the 4. Any would work.
Cousins at the reserve 5? We forget about him in Sacramento.

I love the 80's so I would have to go with this team = tried to pick the year for each player = Magic in 87, Thomas in 89, Jordan in 87, Bird in 86, McHale in 87 (before the foot injury), Kareem in 1980, Moses in 83 and a young Akeem in 86. That is a super solid 8 that I cant see losing to anyone imo.
