I watched season 1 and was bored like 90% of the time. After searching, I came across Quinton Tarantino saying how boring he thought it was as well. He said he hasn't seen season 2 but that the previews looked awful. Why is True Detective season 1 considered so great by so many people? Is it like Stanger Things and To Catch A Murderer or whatever the gay Tiger documentary was called. I never got into those and they only seem.popular out if being trendy.
