white people are arrested for not showing their IDs all the time and the charges are thrown out every time. know why? because the white people don't fight cops and film the entire thing then settle things in court like adults

Your logic is emotional, it's not based on common sense. You're comparing lets say a criminal committing a crime, doing something stupid like being violent and reaching for a gun, causing a police officer to shoot the perp. It's natural, cause and effect. If somebody is going to try and rob you, and you defend yourself, ending up causing the robber serious injury. His actions caused you to defend yourself.

She violated the law and then did not come willingly when required so she gets arrested. This is quite normal, regardless of whether we agree with the passport or not.

Imagine you are just walking peacefully. The police officers showed up and arresting you for armed robbery. If you refuse to be arrested, of course the police will force you to go regardless of your innocence or not.
