Why can't we acknowledge that Wiggins is one of the best players in NBA?

This astounds me. He got hated on in his first 7 years. Now he finally makes the All Star team and people act like he's not deserving. Well he's actually one of the most valuable players this year, let me explain. The Warriors have not had Klay most of the year. Curry has been struggling by his own standards. The Warriors were only expected to win about 45 games or so.

Wiggins has been the best 2 way player on the team. He can shoot the 3. He can hit the mid range. He's got a good step back/fadeaway. Plays a bit like Chris Middleton. But more importantly, he's an elite defender. Maybe the best at his position. Wiggins can play on the ball or off the ball. He can create or he can create for you.

He just wasn't on a good team before. Now that he has a proper way to play, he's helping the Warriors win. Think about it. No Klay for half of the year. How can the Warriors be so good if Curry is not making his usual shots? Wiggins is BAD ASS. He rarely has a bad game. Just cuz he's not putting up Westbrook numbers don't mean he's not good.

Plus you have to give him credit because he's a Jehovah Witness and still got his vaccine. He did it for the team. No doubt he deserves to be an All Star center with Curry, Morant, Lebron and Jokic.

If you look at the voting from players fans and media he was going to be an all star no matter what. One of the last guys in but he was making it. He’d have made initial roster too not as an injury replacement(you know they will need a couple). He was gonna be on the team regardless.

Tbh andre iguodala was also a big part of their season fortunes this time, then klay. They've become obsolete the moment they didn't have both of them active in the roster or playing for the team.
