View Full Version : What holes in Lebron's game prevent a viable team/fit with RWB like everyone else had

.

* Harden was 44-28 with Westbrook and made 2nd Round

* Paul George won 48 and 49 games with Westbrook and made Playoffs

* Beal made playoffs with Westbrook

* Durant made Finals and other deep runs

Only Lebron is abysmal with Westbrook.. :confusedshrug:

I'm starting to wonder if Lebron can actually carry bad teams or whether he just played in a bad team conference initially, and then failed to maintain preseason favorite status with super-teams from 11-16', and now is lottery out West.

You do know LeBron has missed games with injury right?

The record with Lebron and Westbrook in lineup is still an embarrassment for 2 HOF's and AD played some of those games too

No one has won with prime Westbrook let alone 30% Westbrook

None of those guys missed the playoffs with Westbrook, so Lebron will be the first

And remember - AD played a lot of games too

I see a clear skillset difference where all the guys that did okay with RWB had elite jumpshooting skill and weren't afraid to take contested jumpers - they were much better jumpshooters and could play off-ball (except harden).. This allowed a better brand of ball/chemistry, so they did better despite having less supporting talent in most cases.

MJ played with a 22ppg Jerry stack house. Why did MJ fail with his “Westbrook”?

Lebron's documented underachievement with Westbrook continues the long historical trend of failing the expectation - it started with failing to win the East with homecourt in 09' & 10', and then failing to maintain preseason favorite status with super-teams from 11-16', and now lottery out West with more favored super-teams...

LOLing at this question. Stackhouse was no where near as good as Westbrook. You do realize the year Stack scored 29 ppg he shot .402 from the field and shot even worse playing with Jordan right? Even Russ ain't that bad.

Russ ain’t as bad as stackhouse? Are you fvcking kidding? Stsckhouse never had 4 mysterious turnovers a game where he trips over air and throws the ball to the 6th row
