plantar fasciitis

This has affected me for probably 25 years.
I have it in both feet and my insert's cost me $600 for a pair.
No longer can run (obviously because of my feet , but now my back)
20's, 30's ,40's was into karate as well as running 50 miles a week and biking.

It's been bothering me for two years now due to wear and tear from basketball and wearing old shoes.

NEVER play basketball without the proper shoes if you're over 25.

I'm 40. I can run circles around you and the OP. Albeit it may take some time to run around you seeing how rotund you really are.

If I was 40 you would not stand a chance.
I was running 50 miles a week , hooping as well as biking 70 miles a week
