Sixers get depth

Wizards get a winning record for once?

More like Dinwiddie and Bertans...Sixers aren't getting Kuzma in a package for a guy who probably won't play an NBA game again

That's all it would take?

Myles Turner has a higher per than both Dinwiddie and Kuzma. Caris Levert has a higher per than both as well.

If Turner/Levert have higher value and could be turned into Simmons, the Pacers should be willing.

Ben's value isn't that low, and if it is, Morey should be fired.

Rumor is Philly thinks they can get Harden this summer. If that's in the works Kuzma isn't enough compensation.

Supposedly the Sixers won't offer extra assets in Simmons for Beal. I can understand not wanting to include Maxey or Thybull but what's throwing in a 1st round pick given their cap space, giving them an extra season to compete for a title this year while removing a disgruntled player that's not even playing?

They still might prefer waiting for the possibility of getting Harden forfeiting a season for a 33 year old.... would rather have a sure thing in Besl and start competing this year right away, with a longer window to pat Embiid/Beal since Harden is at end of his prime and could retire in like 4 years as his production swiftly drops.

Also... Embiid and Beal have the same trainer

Simmons/1st top 5 protected(or top 10 then top 5 following season) for Beal seems should be an easy yes for Sixers if they believe Beal will re-sign.

hahahaha Ben Simmons is gonna give us a winning record? Naw. I'd rather let folks walk for nothing than flip them for Simmon's contract. He's not worth anything at $40m/y. Right now Simmons has NEGATIVE value.

I'd rather have Beal walk for NOTHING than trade him for Simmons.

why would anyone want to trade for a player who simply gave up a season of his career because things aren't going as he believes they should? weak

This.

Interest in Simmons is minimal and thats why every team is low balling the 6ers. Nobody thinks he’s worth anything valuable.

And hes not. His talent doesnt justify his issues. He’s not worth the money or headache.

I dont want beal at all :oldlol:. I know he's a cancer and a bum with the new rules....everybody else may not see it but i do. Thats cool though, keep kuz. Enjoy being a team on the hamster wheel where you're never bad enough to get a good pick and never good enough to compete.... good luck with that :oldlol:

You can't hurt my feelings with this. I was riding hard for a team that started Nick Young and Andray Blatche. I'm bulletproof lol.

Beal hasn't been the same player since he got covid. Also, I never thought he was quite as good as the general consensus believed over the past few years.

In the last 10 years the 6ers have won 4 playoffs series. The Wiz have won 3. We're living in the same neighborhood brother.

Why would the Wizards trade their best player (Kuz) for Simmons? They need to trade Beal for Simmons because they'd be ****ing stupid to sign this overrated bum for 40-50 million a year. He's tradeable right now but he sure as hell won't be after he signs that new deal.

If you're best player is avg. 16ppg.... you're going nowhere fast.

PGs are different than wing/forwards.

He wasn't really a focal point of the offense before like 30 games into the season. He's been a 21/10 guy the last 20 games and is among the best clutch players in the league. Dinwiddie and Beal have been costing them too many games on both ends of the court. I'd rather keep Kuzma on a cheap contract (13 mil a year) and move off from Beal when he still has some value and not sign him to a contract that would make him untradeable for the next 3-4 years.
