Most modern NBA teams have at least 2 guards who are solid 3 point shooters, they also have around 5 guys on the team who can consistently hit the 3, and that goes for even the worst teams in the NBA. Career wise, Ellington is the most consistent 3 point shooter, but he can't play defense and doesn't get alot of minutes. Ariza is ok, Anthony is ok, and I think RIVERS could be ok. THT and Westbrook are top 5, two of the worst 3 point shooting guards in the NBA, and their BOTH ON THE SAME TEAM!

Lebron's jumpers take too long because they need to be open and not on the move/off-screens, so it's his weak skill that applies less pressure than they face from fearless-shooting opponents that also zip the ball around.. I'm amazed that people are scratching their heads why the Lakers' super-team has become arguably the worst team in the league
