CJ McCollum to the TNT crew re: Zion communications:
"I haven't had conversations w/ him directly. I've spoken with some people close to him & look forward to sitting down with him sooner than later. I know about as much as you do right now but I'm gonna get to the bottom of it"

Goes without saying that it's massively disappointing to hear Zion hasn't bothered to reach out to CJ directly since the trade. Seems like an incredibly low bar for such a well respected player league-wide.
Can't wait to read about how this is somehow the Pelicans' fault though
RIP Pelicans fans. :(
Trade that Greg Oden wanna-bee for something, anything before he loses anymore value.

What genuine reason is there to believe he will ever play an NBA game again? I personally doubt he will.

New Orleans is the NBA pitstop, players careers "die" there and then shock of shockers they go somewhere else and they win.

To be fair, none of those players weighed 400 pounds.

Greg oden of 2020s
I reckon Zion is worse because most of it is self inflicted.
Barkley with his f@t puck self wasn't this bad.

can't fault the guy for wanting to avoid Tranny NBA fans, truth is, those trannies would probably go watch another sport if Zion doesn't play, that's how big a draw some of the active players are.

nah that is definitely Orlando lol
Pelican's just never get over the hump with the young squad before they leave...they have usually put together decent teams every few years
CP3/David West in the 2000s
AD/Tyreke/Holiday/Eric Gordan 2010s
let's see if they can maximize with Ingram and now McCullum, hopefully land a good pick or player for Zion

Has there been any precedent that an NBA player this overweight with a similar injury this young has comeback to the same level?

Can't believe New Orleans is getting so severely cucked by this lazy, fat slob who has achieved absolutely nothing.

Entitled and flat out disrespectful to the game and the players that came before him.

Future Knick right there. The moment he realized the Knicks weren't picking 1st in the draft, you could see the look on his face of disappointment. And now he's got a legitimate chance to play with his college buddies and best friends. The writing is on the wall. I bet he's perfectly healthy.
