Well, isn't that what the All-Star Game is all about - putting on a show? It's not defense, it's not any of the fundamentals of basketball except shooting.

I'm a fan of traditional basketball and since that GSW vs OKC where OKC out-performed them at every basketball fundamental (except 3 point shooting) and still lost - it is inevitable the impact Steph has had on the way the game is played. Every player is practicing the 3 - you see KAT winning the 3 point contest, players trying to shoot from all over the place (and as long as they practice, they'll keep improving). Steph's display is just a reminder of the past dominance of GSW (if someone can consistently hit those 3s from anywhere in the half court - it's indefensible). Doesn't mean us old fans have to like it or the one-dimensionality of it, but it's math - 3>2.
