In the NBA East, the top five seeds - Heat, Bulls, Sixers, Cavs and Bucks - are within 2.5 games of each other. The order can change every few days. Each team has as hot at rising (or falling) fast.

Total opposite in the West. Way more spread out.

Just a general observation.
