Oak isn't a real one, he's a goddamn idiot. Oakley was a role player and he had little skill and little athleticism, yet he thinks one of the greatest athletes of all time, who has unbelievable ball-handling, passing. rebounding and offensive skills would be coming up the bench in his era. All it does is make Oakley look like the old jealous curmudgeon that he is, Oak would be lucky to make a roster if he played today.

barreling into the paint with your shoulder down commiting textbook offensive fouls is 'offensive skills'?

Big men weren't allowed to travel and palm like Giannis does back then and the paint was cramp3d with muscled up fighters and some of the best toughest center talent ever. Giannis wouldn't be able to elbow his way to the rim against Oakley mason and Ewing frontcourt. He'd get laid on his ass. I'd like to see Giannis bowl over Shaq, Karl Malone, Zo, Robinson, Rodman and all the other goons as well. If Shaq couldn't move Bulls Rodman no way Giannis could.

Giannis would have the hardest time out of top 10 players if they were in 90's. He bulked up pretty nicely but he would have a hard time in a half court offense. With that said, what did Barkley do so much better than Giannis does? Was Barkley so finesse?

Barkley was a very good midrange shooter and post player on top of being ferocious on the boards and up close. His midrange game is miles ahead of Giannis. Who basically needs a running start and spacing to make his moves.

Giannis is the third greatest big man athlete of the 90s after Shaq and D-Rob so for sure he'd find a niche.

I imagine he'd play power forward and run a lot in the open court like Karl Malone and D-Rob and in half court offense he'd set screens and dunk and get putbacks.

He'd be a very good defender, even better than now.

Probably wouldn't score more than 20 though.
