passer rating is king to the media

so where's Drew Brees 2 league mvp trophies then

reality = all league mvps are media narratives that change every year to fit who they want to win the award

If I had a vote, it would've been Brady. That said, I don't have any real gripe with it going to Rodgers.

The MVP basically split people on whether they favor volume or efficiency.

The real tragedy is Cooper Kupp not getting it.

Kupp had an insane year, but wide receivers NEVER win MVP. Without looking it up, I don’t think a receiver has won MVP since Jerry Rice did 35 years ago. Brady & Rodgers were more deserving imo.

Edit: Damn, Rice was never MVP either, a receiver has literally never won it :lol

Rogers right now is holding the league as well as the packers at gun point with his non-decision making.

Can't wait till he leaves Wisconsin.

Which means they should make a QB award, then have a non QB MVP.

With the rules catering to the QBs, they're always going to win it. Shame really, because Rodgers had a normal Rodgers year. Shouldn't have won MVP imo.
