Highest career winning percentage.
2nd Magic 670-236 73.95%
3rd Bird 660-237 73.58
35th Bron 869-441 66.34
Bron is 35th and that was before this season started so now he is even lower, probably around 40th. Despite moving to stack his team every few years. It appears Magic and Bird knew how to make their teammates better and Bron could only join other great players and make them less effective.

magic got drafted to a team with great help that never fell off. Bird not so much but boston drafted well and made moves. Regular season record also doesnt matter as much anymore with the load management. You can criticize lebron for it but would have to do so for a lot of other current stars too. Example is the bucks are much better than a 37-25 on paper but just dont care about regular season wins after winning a title

Also, Magic and Bird played for the Lakers and Celtics. The two most successful and best managed teams (historically) in the NBA.

Celtics have 1 title since the Bird era. They were a lottery team for 2 seasons before he arrived as well. They also lost Len Bias when it could have prolonged Bird's career and the Celtics' dynasty. Lebron has switched teams and teamed up with the best players in the league for over a decade now & played in the easier Conference for the majority of his career. There's no excuse.

Yes, lets ignore the fact that they managed to land McHale & Parish very early in his career. To even try to argue that they weren't stacked in the 80's is a retarded argument.
Bron never played on a team as stacked as the '86 Celtics & mid 80's Lakers.

No one said they weren't stacked but it's not like Bird had great rosters every single season. And Bron's played on plenty of great teams with multiple top 10/20 teammates. The Heat were stacked by early 2010s standards, the '16/'17 Cavs were stacked. The 2020 Lakers were insanely good as well. Bird never played with anyone as good as prime Wade or AD.

No one is denying that LeBron played on great teams, when you win 4 championships, of course your teams will be great. It's common sense, duh. Overall, LeBron's teams were still not as stacked as those Lakers & Celtics teams.
Btw LeBron never played with anyone as good as prime Shaq. :oldlol:

He played with Duncan and got bronze medal and he played with Shaq when Shaq had 3 finals mvp’s and a league mvp.
