Definitely in a season or two. Now? Maybe. Durant is an MVP caliber player and I think that's still a level above Tatum. But Tatum is getting there.

I think Durant is still clearly in a different tier. We will see how Tatum develops, but Durant is close to top 10 all time so that might not be a fair comparison to make for Tatum.
