Where would prime Tim Duncan rank in today's league?

Would he be the best player? Top five? How would he compare to the best guys currently like KD, Giannis, Jokic and Embiid?

2003 Tim Duncan is by far and away the best player in NBA even in his prime years I would take him over any NBA player playing currently.

I would say top 3-5. And he would play STRICTLY center in today's league. Even though of course he could dominate at the PF as well. And he would be in the mix for best center on the planet. He's quicker than Embid and Joker. So he could face them up and give them the business. PLUS Timmy would be the best defender of the three. It would be interesting as hell to see Timmy go up against those two. Embid is hella athletic for his size. But QUICKNESS wise, Timmy would have the edge. But Embid and Joker are at a level to where u gotta put them among the top 10 centers ever peak wise. KD peak wise is a top 3 SF ever. And Giannis is looking to be the best PF EVER peak wise at this point. So I'm not comfortable SAYING Tim for sure would be the best player in the league.

IMO, Duncan is a proven commodity and did it for a long time (and when it counted) - maybe this would be a debate when Embiid or Jokic wins 1 much less 5 championships.
