Everyone is kind of confused because they thought Lebron was going to respond against Phoenix but I know he's a paper tiger against anyone real

His high scoring is too ball-dominant to beat good teams and it lacks elite jumpshooting skill needed to defeat max defensive attention (carry scoring load), aka if he scores a lot, he ain't beating good teams

Otoh, KD can win with high scoring because he isn't too ball-dominant at high scoring level and he has the elite jumpshooting skill needed to defeat max defensive attention (carry scoring load)

To qualify for the scoring title, a player must appear in at least 58 games (out of 82). However, a player who appears in fewer than 58 games may qualify as annual scoring leader if his point total would have given him the greatest average, had he appeared in 58 games.

He's going to fall short in both scenarios. He's at 41 with Brooklyn having 14 games remaining.
