If you're insinuating that I'm Patrick Chewing because of the guy in the video. Unfortunately I'm not that muscular.

if you take care of your organs, it'll actually change how much/often you sweat, which also pushes you to hydrate yourself instead of eating solids. also improves performances even when it's cold.

You seem to mention "butt hole" a lot. Similar to how RRR3 and his alts, like Off the Court, Satan, etc, etc, tend to mention "Absolutely furious." So now we know your keyword, and I guess it's safe to say that you don't have an alt. Now I feel like Mr. Fonzworth since he's good at detecting who has and who doesn't have alts.

The more I lift, the hungrier I get. You need to replace those calories you are losing.
Case and point, I rarely do squats and I sure as hell don't dead lift. But those two routines burn a massive amount of calories. And as Arnold said some 50 years ago in Pumping Iron, you have to confuse the muscle. You have to trick it. You have to keep reminding the muscle that you're in control.

Squats and deadlifts are the best way to raise testosterone naturally. The health benefits are tremendous. Don't neglect them unless more pressing health issues are preventing you from doing them(serious back or knee problems).

they stimulate growth across the entire body as well. drop the bicep curls, raise your DL or squat by fifty pounds and once you start those curls again your arms will blast off.

after seeing how crippled ronny Coleman is now I stopped lifting weights and just do push ups and jogging now. building bulk muscle is horrible on your joints and bad for your heart. these people die at like 50 or end up in a wheelchair

It's very true. Having all that muscle mass is VERY taxing on a person's heart.
In Ronnie Coleman's case though, his issues seem to be from continuing to lift for ten years with a herniated disk in 1996 and not organs related. But yeah, all that mass is very taxing on many organs. At least it's better than doing similar damage by being obese.
