He’s gotta lead the league in plays you need to see in slow motion to understand right?

I would also like to point out the monumental effort I’ve seen from some guys who are clearly outmatched on him but manage to contest:

That maaaaaybe double dribble hesi would have had me in a blender but Adams stuck with him. And if you can respect the lesser Greek Freak for this effort you and I are just incompatible as fans:

That recovery is the stuff of legend.

The only reason this is “maybe” a double dribble... is because it might have actually been a triple dribble instead.

I always appreciate a good contest on a great offensive move.

Yea im a big kyrie fan but the under hand palming allowed nowadays is just ridiculous. Its like he took the ball and made it within millimeters of touching both hands to go up for a shot and then said "nope" and started dribbling again. What are you supposed to do?

That first gif though was legit. He pulled a spin move looking like he was gonna take it with his dominant hand, put on a split second shimmy, and took it with the hand you wouldn't expect. That was some anti gravity shit.

As do I. Like this one when Lebron got his ankles grated down to a fine powder on a high school national TV game but recovered to contest:

You can feel his urgency like “Got dammit Allen Iversons here…..”.

It's crazy how Kyrie is straight pigeon-toed at times doing his lateral moves. I don't see many guys internally rotate their legs like that. It must be part of why he moves in a way that others can't. MJ sort of had the same thing going on. Both defenders in that 2nd clip kept their feet straight whether moving laterally, forwards or back.

Nothing you can do with shooters of that caliber. When Steph does this upfake double dribble:

What can you do?

Not respect it?

It really is unfair. Luckily we don’t see it as often as some of the other flagrantly illegal moves.

You know dude... I've seen you state several times here over the years that nobody would like to watch the games if we had robot refs that literally saw everything and got all of calls 100% right and I used to agree with that but I'm not so sure any longer.

It would be unwatchable at first, I agree with that. But I think the players would adjust and the nonsense would stop.

I hope they are able to deliver robot refs one day.

Because the game we have now continues to get further and further ****ed up with each passing year with players abusing rules and refs as much as they can possibly get away with.

I can't get behind this.

Durant and Curry are both way more entertaining and that's just immediately off the top of my head.

The one thing nobody can ever take away from Kyrie really is his handles, however. He's probably the GOAT at being shifty with the ball and he usually has one or two finishes a game that are just like wow this guy really just did that.

Thats why it’s so epic Lebron actually won with a dude like that.
