Luka is a big plus post defender and an average perimeter defender and an subpar off ball defender.

Overall he is a positive defender, because of his excellent post defense.

Luka plays much better defense now and also is less of a ball hog imo.

I believe he'd probably have developed that way anyway, but Kidd has definitely made the role players into defenders.
