Stockton only peaked at 21 ppg but he averaged 10-15 apg - so ONLY PIPPEN was incapable of elite ppg or apg.. And his peak is really 22/5 because the 23/6 was a fluke.

Since Pippen is the only sidekick that was more of an athlete/hustler and not a go-to player or threat for elite production (ppg or apg), MJ faced maximum defensive attention (carried scoring load in playoffs and Finals of 6 title runs) - only MJ had to win that way until 94' Hakeem and a few other one-off's (84' Bird did it too).
