Peep my guy Kevin McHale. Don't forget that he was one of the best defenders of his era and the second best on that list after Kareem. Different types of defenders, though.
This list doesn't include Charles Barkley because he wasn't listed as a C, C/F or F/C. If it did, he'd be the most efficient I believe.
