View Full Version : Teams in the 2018 East with perennial all-star sidekick & shoals of Finals veterans:

Only the Cavs
Super-team formation in 2015 provided a 2-star team of Finals veterans by 2018 and a massive edge over inexperienced, 0-star opponents.
Teams with championship experience have always had a massive edge over a newbie team, especially with the best sidekick, so Lebron still had a big advantage over the East in 2018 - it's simply been misreported.

you're admitting Lebron won when he was supposed to. you want to claim Jordan won when he wasn't supposed to. but Jordan never switched teams and 3-peated. which means Jordan pretty much won when he was supposed to. unless you want to tell us he was supposed to have won with the Wizard as well.

Legoat > jordone. Accept it and obsess over something else like how pathetic your life has become.

Bulls were lottery before MJ returned at the end of 95' - they were massive underdogs to win another title at that point, let alone another 3-peat
Furthermore, the 89' Bulls were a lottery cast and that's the same cast that 3-peated from 91-93' - it was the same talent, but the 91' Bulls had developed the best brand in the league, as required to win organically.. All organic winners like the Spurs, Warriors, 90's Bulls, 04' Pistons, or 11' Mavs - they won via superior chemistry/brand, not talent

yes, switching from working at one McDonald to another McDonald is still called working at McDonald instead of Burger King

Lebron's teammates said he ruined the game, which means you're misperceiving everything. Hopefully this inability to see reality doesn't creep into other areas of your life

LeBron is lucky he faced kawhi and Tatum well before their primes.
Prime kawhi and Tatum would both destroy lebron in a playoff series

Legoat's sustained greatness the last 20 years has clearly impacted your life. Consumed might be a better word.

Without MJ's goat precedent, there would be no frauds; no fakers like Lebron

by your standard, MJ got train wrecked by Lebron given the opportunity to stop him

Lebron's career is a trainwreck but people are just in denial,
"b-b-but scoring title", while he has the worst season in Laker history...
with the preseason favorite no less and a team of HOF's
Again, I hope this type of misperception and being a sucker for fraud doesn't creep into other areas of your life

1 minute is not the same as 1 second. we need to at least be on the same page on that

He has trainwrecks like this nearly every year and people ignore it the same way they are this year
Should we start at the beginning of his career when he missed the playoffs with the East all-star center on his team?.. Then he barely won 45 games in 08' until Mo taught us that Lebron needs shooters in 09' - lost as historic favorite to Dwight's 1-star team
Fails to win East with homecourt in 09/10 - this made him form super-teams, which fell from preseason favorite to Finals underdog or loser for 6 straight years (11-16').. now he's lottery out West without AD to lead in scoring.
So the media misreports everything... They reported that Durant's collusion stole rings from Lebron in 2017, but they ignored that Lebron's collusions stole rings from Durant in 12', or Duncan/Curry in 13/16

ever considered the possibility that Durant's collusion stole rings from Lebron in 2017 is the only thing they misreported
reason being the media wants people to focus on the idea that even after Curry got his big pay day Durant still won the FMVP, and Durant never got his pay day with the Warriors and now they are suffering

What's my current situation? I have more self-esteem than Will Smith and people say I look like him
Are you mad that I've taught you that Lebron is a fraud?
Does that make you mad that I enlightened you that Santa ain't reall?

Kyrie had shoals of talent and vets around him
He didn't have a perennial all-star teammate and he wasn't in a conference that 0-star teams would otherwise win like the Oladipo Pacers or the Horford Celtics - Kobe would destroy those teams with a perennial all-star teammate and a shoal of defending Finals veterans
