The only person to attempt a lynching in the past ~50 years is Jussie Smollet, is he going to do prison time now?

You actually believe lynchings were still legal???
Hey Jasper, there’s not a law that says I can’t take an axe to your head. Is that action legal, or does it fall under the category of murder?

Why won't democrats introduce a bill to illegalize chopping someone's head off with an axe? Are Democrats pro axe-murderers?!?!!?!

I'm not sure, but it was just a couple years ago a mother put her baby in the stove and baked it to death. Yet Democrats still haven't introduced a bill criminalizing such action. Are Democrats for putting our children in ovens and baking them to death?!?!?! (Yes)

Well, frankly, we all know their record on killing babies. It isn't good.

Great political move. It might not do a lot in terms of bettering the lives of the average African American, but it's great PR and sure to help secure votes from some African Americans and most white liberals.

Maybe public hangings should make a comeback. They can serve as a strong deterrent to serious crime. Lethal injection and the electric chair dont really do because hardly anyone sees it happening. Hanging a convicted felon in the public square can have a strong psychological effect.

One state was talking about bringing back firing squads. Can't remember which one, but it was recent.
Lethal injections are just boring.

We should bring back public humiliation as a punishment, especially for wealthy/powerful/famous people like Jeffrey Epstein, Bernie Madoff, Jussie Smollet... etc. Shave their heads and make them walk down main street while americans throw rotten fruit and vegetables at them

If Poopsie ever got a woman pregnant, he would force her to have an abortion.
