So let me ask you would you be willing to move to Detroit where many houses are on the cheap and have a lot of class ?

People are doing the above , and literally revitalizing communities.

I did this during the Bush adm. and bought a farm in N.Dakota.

Granted the above video , requires a lot of work... sweet equity.. but it pays off.

i wouldn't step foot in any state other than Florida and maybe texas. 90% of the US is a liberal wasteland full of crackhead liberals and every other conservative state is boring. I'd buy a house for 18k in detroit then it would get robbed a week after moving in.
