yes it is. when you diet you get headaches for the first 3 or 4 days cause it's your body coming down off its addiction to carbs. it's like a drug. I've been on an OMAD diet for over 2 weeks now and I don't even feel hungry anymore. pizza and other junk food doesn't thrill me now. it tastes bland.

But let's attack the Right and Joe Rogan cause we're getting trashed in the polls right now. Hopefully no one will realize that we added the word "cure" in there to make it seem like we were right all along and the Republicans are just crazy and dangerous. :oldlol:

wouldn't be surprised if I was told that people lack the basic mathematic skills in estimating the calories of a dish when it isn't labeled

in my world, I don't believe that God created a disease just to be needed. the diseases was created by those who turned their back on God, and God's only way to forgive them, was the offer of eternal peace.
