Well, they are listed at 6'11" and 6'10" so it makes sense.

KD just looks like a 7 footer because he is skinny.

Durant was never a 7 footer, he just appears taller than he is because of his skinny frame and long arms. He's definitely shorter than Giannis and next to guys like Wilt, David Robinson and Kareem he would look short.
