That's definitely criticism but it doesn't mean the relationship is bad. When Rivers first came to Boston he didn't like the way Pierce played and made him change his style. He most likely is now trying to change Harden's style. Remains to be seen if Harden can't handle coaching criticism made public but Doc just saying it doesn't mean they can't work together.
