Westbrook was the last resort after Lakers FO fumbled the DeRozen signing and let Caruso walk. They were too cheap and forced a bad situation on LeBron and AD, which resulted in a gamble they lost. Absolutely atrocious front office. They wouldn't even sign Vogel to more than 1 year after winning a title and if you've watched the games...There may be something going on there. There is no real leadership and that's where it starts.

And no I won't entertain the idea that LeBron should be the leader of the entire franchise.
