No matter if the Lakers were 8th, 9th, or 10th and won the play in, they would've gotten swept by the Suns anyway. The Lakers DO NOT match up well with the SUNS, I actually think they could beat the Warriors in a seven game series as the Warriors has an awful defense and no inside prescence.
The Lakers can't stop the Suns from scoring, Davis coming back was a nice jester but it didn't really matter.
Now they sit in the 11th spot and won't make it in anyways.
