That’s how bad the Lakers were the last 5 yrs before Lebron changed their lives. Literally the worst record out of ALL the NBA teams for 5 years and 12th worst in the HISTORY of the NBA. Build that man a statue for taking one of the worst teams in history and handed them a championship carrying all these bums! GOAT, no discussion possible!

They wouldn’t even be in discussion for playoffs this year if it wasn’t for Lebron.
The fact that people expect the Lakers to win the championship with Monk, Ellington, Stanley Johnson, Austin Reeves, DJ Augustin and a bunch of 10-day contract and rejected oldies shows all the proof needed that everyone considers him the GOAT.

The 2018 Lakers finished 35-47.

The 2022 Lakers are 31-47 and will finish with an even worse record.

He has them worse off than when he joined them. :lol

They had seasons where they were 17-65 and 21-61 lol.
Lebron will have missed like 20 games+, had he not been injured they’re be easily in the playoffs, not his fault that bums team can’t win 1 game without him. And even then, they were dead last before he came…

Yeah and they were 35-47 before Lebron came which showed they were drastically improving from years prior..

Anyways, this notion that LA would be in the playoffs if Lebron wasn’t injured really needs to be put to bed. The Lakers sucked balls even when he played.

Kobe ruined our franchise. LeBron took it to a chip.

lakers are not in a good position but all they need is a tanking team to give up some good pieces for westbrook and there's something there if AD can stay healthy for a season

The GM has to be fired. How can you transform a team that won the championship and were beating the suns last yr and wouldve won if it wasnt for injuries to this? Wayne Ellington, Monk, DJ Augustin, Austin Reeves, Stanley Johnson, … like wtf. And added the number 1 in TO and worst 3pt and FT shooter in the league? Also, trade AD, he’ll never be able to play 10 games in a row without getting injured.Whats the point having a great player if he doesnt play?

Lebron elevated them from 35 wins to 37 his first year in LA. Lakers have been mediocre to bad in 3 of the 4 seasons with Bran on the team.

Lebron/Klutch orchestrated the WB deal so maybe the FO should just cut ties and trade everyone and start fresh. AD to Chicago for Lavine + Patrick Williams and Bran to Cleveland for Allen would be a nice start. WB is an expiring too but he probably has more value at the deadline, or they could play it out and open up some cap space after next season since he still seems to be healthy and could probably be of value without having to play next to Bran.

And now they've been absolutely stripped to the bare bones and pillaged.

Count your blessings... Without street clothes, the barren bubble ship and that shitty movie, his pitstop in LA has been an unmitigated disaster.

Take a hearty breath, accept it and chive on.
