Recently, (this year's, last year's, etc) Hall of Fame class has been under scrutiny. Some of the players selected (Tim Hardaway, Chris Bosh, Jack Sikma) from recent years people here are not agreeing with. I've head they're not that good, they didn't do anything and why them and not someone else?

So, who is YOUR cutoff player and what us your criteria to make the Hall?

Only including mainly NBA career players. So I'm not including the likes of Dino Raja or Toni Kukoc who played in The NBA numerous years. I went through the Hall and came in with 125 players who made it mainly for their NBA career. Some guys like Jamal Wilkes and Ralph Sampson had short NBA careers but great collegiate play so I included them. I left in players like Bill Bradley and Tom Gola as well. I didn't include ABA only players like Mel Daniel's and Roger Brown but did include George McGinnis and Dan Issel.

What is your cutoff criteria and who is your cutoff player?

They just added Richie Guerin a few years ago. He still has a shot.

hall of fame career minimums for me

20/10 rebounds
or
20/5/5
or
15/10 assists

or close to these plus a title as a key contributor

----

5 allstar games
or
5 all nba
or
8 all defense
or
multiple DPOTY

or close to these plus a title as a key contributor

-------

minimum 13+ years played

I would say three different type players

1) win a reg season mvp with at least 3 all-star appearances

2) win a finals mvp with at least 3 all-star appearances

3) win at least 3 rings and have multiple all-star appearances (so guys like pippen Manu and McHale get in)

I think this would eliminate all the undeserving guys like chris bosh, chris Webber, Mitch Richmond, grant hill
