Lebron wasn't facing maximum defensive attention - he wasn't carrying the scoring load like the 07' or 15' runs when he shot like garbage

AD averaged 25 on 55% compared to 15 on 41% for Pippen

So MJ defeated maximum defensive attention and faced a goat opponent, while Lebron faced a bum opponent and had a go-to teammate that comnanded attention

No contest.. Lebron isn't capable of defeating maximum defensive attention in the Finals and needs all-time juggernaut scoring help (like everyone else in history not named Mike)

Lebron was playing in an era where the rules were changed and had 4 months off as well. To give a fair comparison let's see what happened in the 2007 Finals, 2011 Finals, 2004 Olympics.

Remember when Lebron averaged 22 on 36% in the 07' Finals because he had no help and the Spurs only paid attention to him?

Kenny Smith says that's what Jordan faced for his entire career - only Jordan never had a go-to teammate, so only Jordan had to always defeat maximum defensive attention (carry scoring load).. Kenny Smith quote here (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4UF6Xx3F2Lo&t=01m54s).

Show me where Lebron defeated maximum defensive attention in the Finals (carried scoring load)... Show me where Lebron beat good teams (top 5 SRS) with bed-wetting teammates.. So where are his carry-jobs?.. He's a fraud.

We're trying to get you to respond to the thread title and OP

Instead, you found the 1 series that AD didn't lead the scoring as if that changes the fact that Lebron was the Lakers' 2nd-leading scorer all year and couldn't lead the way against the West

You call out the others for cherry-picking when you kept on doing the same thing most of the time. Pretty amazing, isn't it? :kobe:

I never cherry-pick because it's a dumb way to argue

I simply would never do it

I do the OPPOSITE of cherry-picking

For example, Lebron never beat a top 5 SRS team with bed-wetting teammates, so he has zero carry-jobs against good teams in his entire career - that's 20 years and therefore not cherry-picking

Lebron also never defeated maximum defensive attention while winning the Finals (never carried the scoring load)

That's a big sample - it's the ENTIRE sample of his Finals career - 10 Finals

AD led Lebron in scoring, so Lebron's 2020 ring is like Kobe's rings with Shaq - worthless compared to Jordan's

Fortunately, Kobe won 2 other rings of the most difficult variety - defeating max defensive attention (carrying scoring load) and knowing how to win (organic, brand of ball)

Btw, Lebron needs so much scoring help to win - he needs juggernaut elite scorers to match him because his brand of scoring is shit lol
