I don’t think it’s too far fetched to get a Suns-Bucks rematch in the Finals with Phoenix taking it in 6-7 this time

Can’t see anyone else besides the Nets or Dubs coming out of their conferences

I think Phoenix and Golden State are on a collision course for the WCF. Memphis may put up a good 6-7 game series in the semi’s against one of them but they don’t have the stars to take take over games down the stretch.

As for the East I think it comes down to the Bucks or if Robert Williams can get back healthy the Celtics. I’ll give Miami an outside shot of making it just because I think their defense will keep them in a lot of games.

I’d like to see a fully healthy Celtics play a fully healthy Warriors. But my gut tells me Milwaukee vs Phoenix again.

Suns-Bucks rematch. They will be bringing same core of players as last season so they're probably best prepared to go all the way. I have GSW as a dark horse tho. Not entirely convinced yet the Celtics will make the finals, but could finally be their year. Nets too I guess.

Since Lakers are out, the team I'll be rooting for in the west are Dingo and the Boys, and bulls or cavs for the east even though neither of them really have a shot

 You know they are facing the Raptors if playoffs started today right?

All those bodies we are going to throw at Harden. OG, GTJ, Barnes, Pascal...It's going to be Embiid vs the Raptors because Harden will disappear for sure.

I wanted the Sixers for two reasons. Doc & Harden. :oldlol: He's alreafy linked to the Lakers if Vogel gets fired. His head is elsewhere right now too

A lot is going to depend on if Chris Paul can stay healthy I think. Suns are my top choice to win it all. If Paul stays healthty.

Otherwise it's completely open in the West.

I think Mavs have a real chance this year, but they'll need luck.

In the East, I do think Heat are pretenders, I think Philly is the worst of Bucks, Nets etc, but again, all depends on health, a lot of players with various health issues.

If Nets make it to the finals, I do think they match decent with Suns. They'll struggle more against Embiid I think.

Overall, I really haven't watched enough teams to know for sure.

I know that Dallas is a significantly better defensive team this time around.

As such, I would not bet against Luka to make it out the first round.

Warriors should be prohibitive favorites in the west...

Bucks are absurdly stacked also, but Nets if healthy man!

yea ik i'm going out on a limb but I think people forget the Bucks arent a perfect playoff team. Bud isnt exactly known for adjustments either. Giannis will be great but jrue was awful many games last year, khris is streaky as hell. Ik harden isnt a top 5 star anymore but I dont think it's crazy to say I trust him over Middleton lol. Raptors are a bad matchup but the raptors arent going score well in the playoffs

What?

When healthy theyre easily the most stacked and experienced team in the league.

Lol @ being baffled about something so obvious

Jordan Poole is their 5th best player and he's scored 20+ in almost 20 games straight

They're literally getting healthy at the right time and curry will be back by the playoffs, probably by the 1st round

Lol @ finding your ridiculous claim baffling to someone else.

Their best guys have played like 6 games together this year. And what...Curry is going to come back and all of a sudden be playing like it's 2016?

The suns are younger, faster, bigger, stronger, healthier and extremely experienced themselves.

The books have the suns as the prohibitive favorite. I expect you'll be throwing a lot of money on the dubs if its that obvious.

So they've played 6 games and they're the 3rd seed... that seems pretty good. And wasn't Curry an MVP candidate for most of this year and last? Wasn't he hurt right before the 2016 playoffs (your example)

I guess years of chemistry, playoff chemistry, is thrown out the window cause the Sun's are bigger stronger and faster... is this a power lifting contest? :oldlol:

Warriors when healthy are simply better than the Suns... on paper... more chemistry... more experience

They should be prohibitive favorites IF healthy... which it's looking like they will be plenty healthy by the playoffs.

They had the best odds to win the title just a month or two ago... Currys injury is the only reason they're not still the favorites

Were rhe Warriors the most athletic team in the league when they won 70+?

I'm not crowning the Sun's until I see them beat a healthy Warriors team... warriors in 6

Probably Suns-Bucks again...

would not mind the Mavs going all the way ;-)

The Celtics are scary right now though.

Probably more likely to upset Milwaukee than Miami and Philly.
