my meals consist of a routine of take out

Monday - chicken shawarma with garlic potatoes
Tuesday - jumbo chicken burrito
Wednesday - chicken and broccoli with rice
Thursday - butter chicken and beef vindaloo
Friday - rotisserie chicken and slaw/macaroni salad
Saturday - steak fajitas with peppers and onions
Sunday - all you can eat sushi

sometimes I switch it up if I'm sick of something

I cook burgers and bacon and spaghetti with meat sauce randomly at times when I feel like doing something.. once a month il get pizza or some other random thing.

all I buy when I go grocery shopping is cookies, protein bars and pop. maybe some chocolates or nuts. never have anything in my fridge or freezer. I only eat once a day and have like one cookie after each meal so snacks last a while

the one I used to go to is a "business center" now so it doesn't even have a food court. I used to get the polish, drink and fries for like 4.50

That was probably the best thing they had. They were pretty damn good. Would always take me back like I’m at a baseball game or something. They also had a caesar salad with a sliced up chicken breast in it. It was a little plain but healthy and cheap. I’m pretty sure they stopped doing that too. A bunch of companies have used Covid as an excuse to stop doing things they always did. And after they realized everyone accepts it they never bring it back.

Yeah, but that's betting on there being a competitive eater on this site. You ever seen that show where 600 lbs people try to lose weight? Those people would eat like an entire large pizza and 4 burgers in one sitting. Sure, a true pro would dust them, but against normal people even ones who happen to eat a lot that's insane. I can probably polish off a solid 10-12 tacos after a day at the beach or after some laps in the pool(idk why but nothing makes me hungier than swimming), but I'm not going to be messing with truly obese individuals here.
