Very close call. Westbrook is still better on offense, but Kobe was present on D. I would give slight edge to Kobe

'16 Kobe would have been a better fit next to Bran as a floor-spacer. Current WB is a better player overall in terms of being able to play a full season and carry a bad team to more wins, but KB in a supporting role next to a superstar would have been a decent floor-spacer who could also run the 2nd unit. He wouldn't have been able to give this team a consistent 30+ mpg but play him in a Manu role for 25-28 mpg and he'd be fine.
