so this season is basically a scene out of Tin Cup except instead of finally making a hole in one he hits his last ball in the lake as well

I thought he has 1 more game left to chase? He's going to play against OKC.

lebron skipped the 2 most important games of the year to avoid blame. he had to give up on the scoring title chase to sell his injury excuse even though he played on that "injured ankle" a few days before
pathetic
he ruined the teams chemistry all year chasing that stupid shit and he still didn't get it

The Bron haters are SO mad that Bron didn't statpad/chase the scoring title these last two games like they wanted him to. I remember pages of threads just early this week and they were so sure that's what he would do. :lol
Meanwhile Kobe/Jordan statpadded literally for YEARS (Kobe's last few seasons/Jordan Wizards).

are you kidding? it's a win/win no matter what happened and a lose/lose for lebron and his stans
if he plays he looks like a jackass... if he sits he looks like a failure
you literally can't win here. just take the L
you know you couldn't have gotten that scoring title without losing a ton of respect. now he saves a bit of blame but no scoring title

Lebron's afraid of trying the last two games and failing, doesn't want to compete, Betamentality.

I think a number of us watched his last game against New Orleans where he played 39 minutes. I saw nothing that would indicate his knee or ankle was bothering him.

Respect for LeBron for not chasing empty stats, unlike Kobe who went out shooting 50 times to score 60 in a pointless game.

yeah everyone on his team and all the former players and media asked him to take every shot
lebrons teammates told him to eat a d*ck and the media told him to pack it in
big difference

For a supposed Laker fan, you don't waste any opportunity in throwing shade at Kobe...always found that odd.

Very true. Kobe was far more successful with the Lakers than LeBron has been. I'm not sure why 1987_Lakers, who claims to be a rabid Lakers fans, would disfavorably compare Kobe to LeBron, after LeBron's overall miserable tenure with the Lakers.

it should also be noted lebron was leading the league in scoring when the injury forced him out. but that's okay...the damage was already done. he could have won it whenever he wanted and he proved that at 37 yrs old. fitting he did it the season before he becomes the nba's all time leading scorer.
we call him legoat for a reason.

Bran would have lost the race to Embiid regardless.

I've met Laker fans who criticized Kobe. Never one bashing him just to prop up LeBron. :oldlol: You'd think a guy with 5 titles and 20 years with your team gets the benefit of the doubt.

Hey man it's okay to admit that you're too stupid to understand Kobe's impact in the game of basketball. To not go out like that would defy who Kobe was a person. This is obvious shit here?
