took the lady out to mexico. on the way back mexican soldiers stopped us to inspect the truck and luggage (don't drive a raptor in mexico). gave us a hard time and all. they half assed closed the tailgate, didn't realize it until someone alerted us like 1/4 mile from the US-Mexico border. by then, my suitcase had fallen. don't really care tbh, probably lost about $1k worth of ralp lauren, but my gripe is she had placed some clothes in my suitcase, including her favorite jacket that her mom gifted her. 20 year old leather jacket...gone :( i saw her holding back her tears, couldn't do nothing about it. went back to look for it, didn't see shit. it's mexico, someone picked it up as soon as they saw it.

how can i make it up to her brehs? i legit feel bad. i really like her, wouldn't give a fvck if i didn't.

if you genuinely feel bad for your girlfriend and want to gift her something to lift her spirits, it's best you come up with the idea for that gift yourself. taking advice from somebody else about it won't reap you the same kind of a reward as if you used your own thoughts & creativity to achieve that result.

start with what she enjoys - hobbies, passions etc and that gift idea will come to you easier than you think. don't forget to include a card, but keep it short & sweet.

nah. we're too new for that. one of the reasons i like her is because she isn't into me for my money. yesterday we went to a mall in mexico and she paid for my drink and the parking since i ran out of mexican pesos and they didn't accept US dollars. i tried paying her back and she wouldn't take it. i did have to tell her that when she's with me, i'll take care of the bill and i don't want to see her take out her wallet.
