Why should a player be punished try to find the limit of any rule?

That's the entire point of a rule. It sets a standard that anything beyond that isn't ok, but anything up to it is ok.

flopping is against the rules. players are fined for it. would be like a guy saying he's gonna try and find a way to cheap shot guys in the head. he's admitting to having a game plan to break the rules. it goes against the integrity of the game and isn't representative of the nba and its product
