This Celtics team is a lot more experienced with much better #1/#2 options. Tatum certainly didn't have as good of a 3PT shot, a handle or as good of a feel for the game as a playmaker. They also don't have Rozier now, who was a major weakness for them on defense.

He had only played 31 games his first 3 years in the league, and he was nowhere near as good of a shooter or as smart as a playmaker at the time, and the Sixers had a worse team around him.

I really liked that 2018 Celtics team. They had a super young team, very athletic, but young.

This was their averages vs the Cavs. Obviously Tatum did not play like a superstar, but the team was very balanced.

This 2022 Celtics team is marginally better.
