Kings beat themselves, they were in prime position to win multiple games and choked on wide open shots. You can use what the Donaghy lawyers claimed to try to defend his ass with the league themselves fixing Game 6 to boost ratings, but it's more realistic that the refs shaved points to hit whatever line they bet on. It would have made more sense to bet against the Lakers in Game 6 for a bigger payout.

Do you believe that the NBA rigs games for ratings? Because that's what he claimed back in '08. If you believe that, we might as well invalidate any NBA championship that was ever won. And it makes no sense to bet on the outcome of a game on Shaq's FT shooting ability. He shot better than the entire Kings team.
