Seriously speaking I think they win the chip next year with Ben Simmons.
Just change the head coach.
Fire Nash, hire Vogel = 2023 champions.

If Kyrie takes his option, and I don't know why he wouldn't, they're already in the luxury tax next year. So...they're gonna have to hope Simmons works out.

They should trade KD to Dallas for THJr and Bertans so he can be Luka's sidekick.

Top tier social events, amazing vacation spots, 10/10 bad bitches licking their balls, etc
Oh you mean basketball wise? They just need Durant and a ball. 2023 champions.

Nowhere. I think Durant's prime is officially over. He is getting older and he had achilles injury recently. Now he slowly slides down to retirement.

Whether or not they fire Nash the coach had to be empowered. You can't allow Kyrie Irving to leave for two weeks without even telling anyone what was going on because his sister had a birthday. No more tolerance for the bs. Somehow some way they need to get Durant on board with a hard line. I don't know if they can. If they can't? Either blow it up and rebuild or accept being the third or fourth best team in the way for a year or two before fading away.

Yeah, having a night to think about it...the Nets would benefit from a MJ-type personality either in the coach's spot or as the team alpha. There's too much off-court nonsense surrounding these cats that gets in the way of the basketball and no one on the ground holds these dudes accountable. All the nonsense with Kyrie, Harden and Simmons...shouldn't be a thing. Is KD "out to get mine" that kind of dude entering his 16th season? Is a non-confrontational guy like Nash that kind of dude? In both instances, I doubt it. They need a sheriff.
Despite that, they didn't get waxed in this series by any means. These were four intensely competitive games that could have gone either way. If the organization, the coaching and the f*cking diva players could get their heads pointed in the same direction, the right direction, the sky's the limit for these guys. There's too much talent for it to be otherwise.
