Kyrie is the most skilled right? And KD is the best in the world.. yea right.
Don’t you all feel a bit silly now? So much hype and so much talk, only to get swept.
You can’t use the vaccination rules as an excuse. Kyrie chose what he chose, but Harden probably left cuz he saw how the Nets weren’t a team. Irving was not as committed. But he did come back and it didn’t get them a win in the playoffs.
What this shows is team stacking doesn’t work. It only works when you have guys that are team players.

It does work, but you can't overcome injuries. Down Irving + playing with an injured Harden last year. Down two starters this year. The EC is too good now to get away with that.
The Heat got swept in the 1st round last year after beating the Bucks in 5 in 2020. Now they're back to contending for a championship. That's just how it goes. We gave the Nets a chance despite the Simmons/Harris injuries because they still had their two best players & we didn't trust the Celtics in the Playoffs, maybe the C's deserve some credit for playing their ass off and getting the sweep despite all the games being really close. The Nets only got outscored by 18 points total in the 4 games and somehow failed to even win one of them. Celtics have been a horrible crunch time team for years but managed to pull it out against two of the best crunch time scorers. Maybe their defense actually is as good as advertised, and they should be considered a legitimate title contender.

this isn't 2017 durant and that ain't 2016 kyrie. and after them the next best player is Seth curry?
it was a bad team. the Celtics are just way better and tatum is in his prime. the Nets still came close a few games. could be 2-2 right now. but the better team won. people need to stop overreacting to the natural order of things. it's the media and fans that f*cked up. not those 2 hasbeens
