I watch Shaq and Chuck all the time.
Chuck was saying if you are the leader of the team , you are the bus driver.
His point is Durant did not lead the Nets , in his part (KD is a scorer ) and needed to score 40 every game.
But he was destine to lose , because his supporting cast is weak as hell.
Durant doesn't want to hone up to it , go back to the Warriors.

Barkley's point was that it's much harder to lead a team when you are the best player on it. And he pretty much said KD's rings with the Warriors don't hold much value because Curry was better.

The reason people don’t value Durant’s rings isn’t because Curry is better (although he definitely is better than Durant), it’s because he joined a team that had already won a ring and almost won another without him and clearly could have kept winning without him. That said he played very well with golden state in the playoffs.

So lebron could not get past a bunch of past prime guys so he did the unthinkable of one-upping everyone by colluding in mia with prime wade and bosh, which at the time was so unthinkable and so dominant that lebron claimed that they could win not 7. And MIA said "Yes.We.Did." Yes, we did what? Yes, they did tip the scales so one-sidedly for the league in a move that was not seen before. KD is worse but is an offshoot of what Lebron has done. Lebron set the precedent.
Also, you are still pointing fingers at other teams as if that will Lebron is not guilty of the same. Lol, wtf? He still did it himself. Why do you want people to forget about that while being so critical of KD?

Why are you rounding Butler's stats down? He averaged 26/8/10/2/1 on 55%FG and had the better AST-TO numbers & shot over 20% higher from the FT line, which is why his GameScore is higher. You clowns have spent 100s of hours talking about Bran's GameScore numbers and now we're throwing them out of the window :lol
Good job. Bran rode AD's coattails for 3 rounds and then played for the FMVP once the Heat lost their best defensive player and one of their best scorers/playmakers for the series.
Butler was abusing Bron until they put AD on him in the last game too.
Game 1 is a wash, Bran has the better raw numbers but Butler had a ridiculous 75%TS, AD carried the Lakers to a W
Game 2 is Bran's
Game 3 is Butler's, 40-point triple-double, 76.5%TS in a blowout win while Bran was a non-factor
Game 4 is a wash, Bran was a negative on the court as well while AD was a +17 in a 6-point win
Game 5 is Butler's, 35-point triple-double with 5 steals, Heat win
Game 6 is Bran's, Vogel puts AD on Butler and he gets shut down
So Bran was not "clearly the better player". Butler's Game 6 numbers make it close but the fact that he didn't have his two best teammates and pushed it to 6 means that he was the best player in the series, just like when Bran was the best player in the '15 Finals, despite losing.

Shaq rode Kobe to get him to the Finals, Kobe got an easy W in the Finals because the opposing teams didn't have the defense to stop Shaq. It worked both ways. Shaq needed Kobe to beat the good teams and to carry him in crunch time. Kind of how AD carried Bran for most of the POs in 2020.

What? He had 20/5/5 2 blocks on 63.9%TS, how is that a bad game when they're force-feeding Durant?
You do realize that KD hurt Irving's numbers because their game plan was to force the ball to him, right? How many possessions did they waste by giving KD the ball and have it end up with him turning it over or shooting a contested long 2..

How does Irving even get into a rhythm or get enough opportunities to shoot if the whole game plan is for KD to shoot 30 shots to help his ego? It's not like KD rested on the bench either, so there's no opportunity for Irving to be the man and do his thing. He made two clutch shots and then KD took over the offense and choked when it mattered.
All I know is that the Nets were ****ing great with Irving on the court & KD on the bench in the series, too bad they didn't try to do more of that. Durant killed them on both ends as his TOs led to easy fast break points in most of these games.

It goes to Butler because he also had 5 steals and won them the ****ing game while being undermanned, you ****ing moron. All Lebron did was sacrifice his defense to win his FMVP, which is why Butler went off in the first place. It could have been a sweep with AD carrying them on both ends and Bran playing defense to stop the Heat's wing players from going off. That's how you lose Playoff series. Luckily for Bran, the Heat had no chance of overcoming those injuries. Both Bam and Dragic came back playing hurt but it wasn't a fair fight.
One player has AD on his team, the other one is down his 2 best players and has the best Playoff series of his career and makes it a 6-game series when it should have been a sweep. That's why Butler was the best player in the series. The stats are close to identical overall with Butler having the better GmSc. Butler led his team in pts, reb, ast, stl & blks and had the highest FG%/TS% among key rotation players on his team.
The series went 6 games with Bran getting 25/11/3 ~67%TS & elite defense from AD, while Butler's 2nd option averaged ~15/4/3 on 36.8%FG/46.8%TS lmao.

There s a reason "The Decision" drew more hate than anything in basketball history. And they proclaimed themselves to be a 8 peat dynasty and ended up with a losing Finals record. Straight L. Durant and Curry were at least dominant like they were billed to be.

This shows what LeBron did was actually worse. Nobody on the Celtics in 2010 was as good as Wade or even close. By 2011 then even Bosh was better than Boston's Big 3. So you just proved that it was even worse. :oldlol:
Nobody on the Celtics was as good as '08 Kobe and they still embarrassed him and made him shoot 6-24 in 2010.

That's actually not even true. '08 KG was a straight superstar. But by 2010 after his injury a year prior he hit a pretty huge decline. Was still good but no longer a superstar. 2010 and beyond Wade was like 5 levels above him at that point. He was an MVP talent who jostled with Kobe and LeBron for BITW. So you just proved what LeBron did was worse. :lol

How did they embarrass him? Did he have 4-game/3-game stretches against Boston like Bran did in '08 or '10? Bran had worse games against Boston in both seasons and he lost both times. He had a 2/11 10 TO game & a 6/24 game in '08, and he had a 3/14 32-point blowout at home in 2010.

Lebrons been roasted a million times on social media. I remember that jean jacket selfie pic he took looking all sad after rockets harden spanked his ass. :oldlol:
But ultimately were talking about collusion. LeBron joining an MVP talent in Wade and All NBA talent in Bosh in a shitty eastern conference was far more egregious than if he had joined the old ass Celtics. That's just the way it is. I was simply refuting your little meme that you thought was clever but clearly it doesn't add up as you couldn't refute what I said about the comparison.

"A wash"

"Not a wash"
This will go down in history as the dumbest thing a kobetard ever said.
Not even Miami fans would admit that.
Thank Goodness some of us actually watched the games to counter the bullshit being spewed constantly by Kobe apologists.

You mean when those guys were in the mid-30s, and had a 27th ranked offense?
Good job, he abused Brandon Bass and a washed up Pietrus, and barely beat a mid-30s version of the Celtics in a lockout year.
nikka what?
offense?
shouldnt you be posting their defense?
