Plot twist: They play better without Embiid. Swept Miami.

Different eye. Literally the same thing other than that... fractured orbital bone and mild concussion.

Doc should be fired for keeping him in when the game was clearly over. What an idiot.

They had absolutely zero chance of beating the Heat regardless. Fail of a season either way.
Doc is an idiot but with Embitch flailing and flopping around all game, it was gonna happen sooner or later anyways.

He should not have been out there at that time. So stupid.

To be honest I'm surprised he hasn't suffered some or at the least handed out major major major knee injuries as a result of his on court behavior.
Doc Rivers is an idiot... anyone who ever said otherwise hasn't paid attention.
Anyways I do not feel bad for Embiid or Philly because their two best players are game in game out foul baiting no integrity having pieces of shit.
Now we get to see if James Harden is really ****ed because of his hamstring, however.
Doc :facepalm
I hope he'll be back even though I'm a Heat fan and this makes the next series much easier for us I don't want anyone to be hurt.

But seriously, did anyone actually think he'd make it through the entire post season without getting injured?

Don't be surprised at all if Harden suddenly and magically "re-aggravates" his quad injury. Maybe he gets Game 1 in before he bows out.

TBH as much as I'm not a Doc fan, I'm not gonna blame him.
How many god damn times have we seen the Sixers blow massive leads when nobody thought possible.
Hindsight makes it look bad but making sure they won that game was his priority at that time.
That being said Doc's lack off faith in playing Bball Paul looks like it has backfired big time :lol

Last time he had something similar, it took 4 weeks. So this sounds done unless something new happens. Doc is an idiot though.

Nobody is losing a 30 point lead w/4 minutes left. They could have just held the ball for shot clock violations and still won by double digits at that point.

That's what I was thinking. You guys had a big lead in one of the games against the Raptors, and the bench let the lead get to single digits and Doc had to bring the starters back in to finish the game. Can't take any chances in a closeout game. Sucks to hear that news regardless.

His career is pretty much over. He won't stay healthy anymore moving forward
Peaked at 3rd in MVP voting and a playoff bum.

What a horrible take lmao.
Do you follow Harden are crying about him 24/7 or are you really dumb enough to think the Sixers, while underdogs I suppose, aren’t fully capable of beating Miami?

Can't think of a better example of karma.
Doc leaving Embiid on the floor with a 30 point lead.
Embiid mocking the crowd with the airplane and then getting hit in the face in the next possession.
Karma at its finest.
