Originally I thought it was a fishy call, but the angles that show him hitting the guy in the face and then pulling him down was obvious, you can't give anything less than a F2

for today's league I'm surprised he wasn't suspended for a game and fined. he got off light just getting ejected for hitting a guy in the head then trying to throw him to the ground when he's vulnerable and only trying to save him after he hit the ground. it was basically assault and would get 60 days in jail where I am

The first time I saw the play, I thought it was only flagrant one.
But then it was pointed out that before the jersey pull, he hit Clarke in the head. And yeah, it's a flagrant two.
First he smacks him in the head with wind-up and excessive force with one hand, then grabs his jersey and pulls him down with the other hand. Each of these is a flagrant one individually, but both combined at the same time = flagrant two. Draymond is a moron.

I would actually expand flagrant 1's.

To me anything that isn't a basketball play should be a flagrant. You know that shit they do in Europe where a guy's running on a fast break and they intentionally pull his jersey and raise their hand? I'd consider that a flagrant. It's stupid. It's not basketball.

Just because some guy gets hurt or it "looks bad" shouldn't make something flagrant. Flagrant 2 should be any play where no effort is made to avoid injuring the other guy. Be it on what would otherwise be a regular or flagrant 1 foul.
